Life just takes over and it becomes more and more difficult to make time for ourselves.  Careers, kids, running a house, travelling… all take their physical and mental toll, to the point that visiting a gym, meeting a friend, or simply finding five minutes of quiet time can seem impossible.  All too quickly, we fall victims to our fast-paced, stressed-out lives, and we are left emotionally drained, burnt out and lacking energy. re back in your belly!
